Imperia: Process oriented content management system

Imperia AG is headquartered in Huerth near Cologne. The company was founded in 1999 and offers professional content management systems for intranets, extranets and the Internet. The company's target customer group includes media groups, publishers, commerce and industry, banks and insurance companies, as well as dotcoms and public institutions.

Imperia software has been under development and on the market since 1995. In 1999, Imperia Software Solutions GmbH was founded in Aachen.The transformation into Imperia AG was finalised in December 2000.

Since early 2005, Imperia AG is part of the Pironet NDH AG Group.

Internationally, Imperia also has a market presence in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria and Switzerland.
